Raphael Francois
Raphael is an entrepreneur with 25 years of industry experience in hospitality as a Restaurateur,
He held executive position in Paris, Brussels, London, Hong Kong, New York, LA... He has gained notoriety while leading at top Michelin-star rated restaurants and Palace hotels.
He began his career in hospitality in 1997, working alongside Claude Lavalle at Le Giverny, he went on to hold positions in some of the top restaurants, including Comme Chez Soi, (3 Michelin Stars) Château du Mylord (2 Michelin Stars) La Maison du Boeuf ( 1 Michelin Star) Sea Grill (2 Michelin Stars), Hôtel de Crillon (2 Michelin Stars) , Georges V (3 Michelin Stars), Hélène Darroze Restaurant ( 2 Michelin Stars) Le Chalet d’Adrien and Château de Curzay (1 Michelin Star, Relais et Chateaux), The Connaught Hotel in London (2 Michelin Stars), Le Cirque New York.
